Alright, those of you who have eaten my food stuffs I made for events (yeah, Kevin. I'm looking your way).

I need to know what I've made that was good enough for a feast so I can figure what else I plan on making for the feast. I've asked if we can limit the feast to 48 people and have it as pre-reg only (AKA sign up early for it, people!) so I can have a good idea of how much of each thing to make.

So far my ideas for feast:
Shashlyk (the beef kabobs. Those seem to go over really well)
Turnip and ham pudding
Chicken and prunes
Dinner kasha
Cabbage pies
Marinated mushrooms

Those ones are for sure. Then there are some that I'm waffling with and not sure if I will do.

Beef pies, root vegetables in milk sauce, tea eggs, flat breads, etc (any of the other things I've done)...

Things I'm considering making but not certain yet:
sbiten, kvass, borscht, chuchkella (grape walnut candy), an aspic, fresh figs or something of that sort, some type of fish dish (still thinking on that), pirogies..

Any ideas from anyone? I want to get a good idea up so we can make a mock menu for the event announcement.
