NYC is really an amazing place. I don't know what it is about it, but I feel excited and nervous all at the same time when I'm walking around on the streets. On one hand, there are so many people in certain areas, and on the other hand...there are so many people in certain areas. There is never a lack of things or people to see. There is always something to do, somewhere to go. Boredom just is not easily found, even if you try and search it out. It is a comfortable feeling and new all at the same time that just makes me...anxious inside? I'm not sure if that is what I mean, but I am happy. I enjoy being here. Although I am a little nervous as to how I will be on my own. Actually needing to look at the subway maps to figure out where I want to go and then how to get there. The good news is, no matter how lost I might get in other ways, I'm sure I can always find my way back to Ethan's place, even if he isn't around. *laughs*
Anyway, Chiz's party was yesterday and it was a lot of fun. I drew him a picture of Donkey Kong in a pimp hat holding two of the hot ape babes from the game and wrote on the bottom 'Donkey Kong pimpin' it out with the ladies'. It was cute. We went to a billiards place and shot some pool, which was fun. We gave each other style points if you knocked in the 8 ball or jumped the ball. We figured you would automatically win the game if you could hop the cue onto the other pool table and not only scratch but also knock their 8 ball in. Haha. It was a lot of fun. Then we went out to Yummy House for food. I wish I could have eaten more, but there was this whole problem with there being fish unknowingly in something I ordered, so that wasn't cool. After that we went to this place that has a whole bunch of tvs hooked up to playstation 2's and x-boxes. We played games for three hours in there. And that's cool. I'm not much of a game player, but I played some FFX-2 and decided I would never play it again and played Karaoke Revolution with Leo and Meg with other looker bys, mostly to get myself reaqcuainted with the game since number 2 comes out in 3 DAYS! Yes, I'm excited. After that we walked around searching out an x-box for Chiz and failed miserably. Then we all went home. And that's cool.
So now is day two and we are having a barbeque and I'm going to be helping a lot with cleaning up the house and backyard, as I was already informed. And that is cool too. Anyway, bleh, I think I'm going to go do something.
