I'm thinking of making angel food cake, butterscotch pudding, and more chocolate mousse. Do you think that's too much?

Just to make it. Tomorrow I'm making my infamous baklava. It has been asked for at every Thanksgiving dinner I've been invited to.

Oh we have plenty of everything I need. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to my honey, so I only buy it from the farmer's market, five pounds at a time. And we always have nuts in the house for everything I bake/cook.

the honest weight honey _is_ the farmers' market honey, at the same folk/apiary i saw at indian ladder farms and cohoes farmers' market (rainbow-ish colored lable, local folks), and i think they have 5# jars, i know they had 2#, in a few different flowers...

I love my five pounds of honey. And now that Chris is getting ready to start brewing, he is going to be getting the five gallon tubs. Think of the baklava I could make with that!!
